Default carb question

I had gastric bypass surgery about three years ago and had lost 200 pounds. I started off at 400. I have recently started to gain again because I have allowed my eating habits to go back to what they used to be, BAD!!!
I would like to join WW again, but part of the surgery is focusing on protien. Do you all think that will work with WW?
I really like the meetings and motivation from WW meetings.

Thanks,

Thanks so much,
I didn't realize that WW had a higher protien plan you could actually use. I am definitely going to join. I know that since I had surgery my weight loss will probably be quicker than most, but I have to get some structure back in my eating.

Dear Davos,
You've had a marvelous accomplishment. Good for you! That's fabulous. My experience with WW's is that they encourage a healthy lifestyle. They even offer a higher protein plan for those who request it or who simply lose better that way. I'm glad, as a result of Kelly's information, you are about to give WW's a try.
In my mtg. group there are two women who lost over 200 pounds 14 years ago and are maintaining it beautifully. We have at least 5 other people who have lost anywhere from 85-100#. It's a great program.
