While I do like eating eggs, I'm sensitive to what they feed the chickens so I don't usually have them. I'm also very carb-sensitive, so I don't do anything sweet in the morning.

I just had leftover tritip and some kale for breakfast. I often eat like that in the mornings and find it fills me up for several hours. The morning after Thanksgiving I had leftover turkey and cauliflower puree. I like a couple lamb chops with roasted veggies, homemade bulk sausage crumbled into romaine lettuce tacos, corned beef hash made with cauliflower and cabbage...you get the idea. When it's cold outside, I'll have leftover bean soup or a big bowl of vegetable puree bisque.

I usually have greek yogurt with fruit, oatmeal with fruit or a banana with almond butter
