I have a couple of engagements with friends coming up that I can not skip. Does anyone have any creative non-alcoholic drinks they order that are OP when out a bar/restaurant?

Club Soda and add mio! My favorite Mio to add is a dash of lemonade and then some cherry blackberry!

On or off IP I often get club soda with lime (looks just like gin and tonic). Many people get water and add Mio flavoring to make it look just like a cocktail. Could also add that to club soda for extra flavor. I also like plain water with lime instead of lemon just for a change!

If you are at home or someone's house (not in this situation, but for future), try either Cascade Ice or Sparkling Ice brand drinks. They come in wonderful fruit favors which help with not being able to gave fruit on IP. Cascade has a coconut flavor that is amazing!

Any carbonated beverages do need to be limited (some coaches forbid, some allow a couple a week, some one a day.)

FYI - Also keep in mind that most people around you really do not notice what or even if you are drinking!!!

My "go to" drink is diet tonic water with a lime twist.
If the bar doesn't do diet tonic then it's club soda with a lime twist.

Even a rookie bartender can handle club soda with lime.
