Update: It's been almost a year and I have still maintained my weight at 138-140p (my longest maintain ever) however my main source of exercise now is running so I have lost some of the very nice tone Jillian gave me. My "after" pic looks fab in hindsight! Now I have slight love handles again. Boo..

We have a Weddingmoon booked in November so time to get back to work.

I still swear by Jillian and I should've never stopped!
