Thank heavens were were close to the dock when I fell in yesterday. Phew!
I've gotta work harder on my goals.
I'm going to try to:
1. Say NO to food in the car unless I bring it from home.
2. Stay within my WW points and....
3. Not use my extra points for unplanned eating.

Yesterday was dry.
My goals are to exercise everyday and to stay strictly on plan since I hit my red line weight this week.
I got wet yesterday. Had my day all planned; my writing group was meeting in the evening, and I had 8 points left, so I thought I would be okay, but then a friend had unexpectedly baked a cake for my birthday. So I ate cake and went over my points for yesterday.
But today is a new leg of the journey.
Here are my goals:
1. Stay within my daily points for the entire journey! Only flex points available are those I save out of daily points from one day to the next.
2. Cardio (20-30 minutes) Sunday-Thursday; yoga once or twice a week; leisurely walks on Saturday and Sunday weather permitting.
3. 100 oz. non-caffeinated beverages daily.
Let's get where we're going!

Little splash yesterday. Moved enough but did not get in planned exercise. Food was good.
