STOP WEIGHING YOURSELF!!! it'll only make yourself crazy. As time goes on, you'll lose a lot of weight fast, then hold for awhile while your body adjusts. if you start analyzing all the daily variations, you'll get so lost in the details that you'll lose track of what you're supposed to be doing. one day a week is plenty, and you'll be able to see the differences in your body on a regular basis

just keep on doing what you're supposed to do - bit by bit, day by day. Stay focused on the NOW and you'll get to where you need to be.
