Signs of a collar bone, my ankles (no more Fred Flinstone feet) and a defined calf muscle.

Congrats! I just noticed my collarbones in the mirror yesterday so today I'm wearing a V neck shirt to remind me to stay OP this weekend.

I have found more defined ankle bones and the bones I can see on the top of my feet.

Great idea! Mine are just barely there, but I'm hoping to get them out in plain sight before the summer clothes get packed away!!
