This is my first attempt at entering a blog. I was motivated by the enthusiasm for health and fitness to register.
I have lost 50lbs. five times throughout my lifetime. I began my 100lb. weight loss goal in June 2010 at 237 lbs. By August 2011, I had lost 70lbs. Unfortunately, I began gaining weight and stopped doing what was working in October 2011. To date, I have gained 37lbs.This month, I committed myself to going back to what worked in the first place.
Now more blessed and balanced than ever before, I continue my 100lb. weight loss goal with 70lbs. to get to my target weight of 135lbs.
