Default We've all seen that fat vs muscle photo, but...

Have y'all seen this photo with fat blobs of varying sizes?

I can't believe I have like 6 or 7 of those 20lbs blobs on my body that need to go! Crazy, gross & fascinating all at the same time.

Makes me feel good about my 4 pound loss, that's a lot! And makes me think 20 would be amazing! And 40 would be astounding!

I wish my hospital had the larger blobs.
Here's a photo of me holding a five pound one, if you want to see the relative size:

At the time of the photo I'd lost 28 of those suckers, right now I'm closing in on 30.

Wow, I haven't seen that! Ugh. It definitely makes me feel better about how little I have lost, but more so, it makes me want to get rid of it that much faster because it's so gross haha

Looking good!

I didn't realise the 5lb one was so big, wow. When you see it like that it seems incredibly significant. Thanks for sharing!

The owner of the gym I go to has a pound of fat and a pound of muscle on display. Now a pound is a pound so you're carrying it anyway, right. But the pound of fat takes up so much more room.

I'm loading up a garbage can in the garage with river rocks (so I can eventually put them out in the yard!). I figure out how much I have lost that month and add that amount of rock to the can. It's already getting hard to move the can around -- can't imagine what I'll feel like when I have lost all 230 pounds and can't even budge the thing. No wonder my knees and hips hurt!!!!

Thanks!

. . .

It's crazy, isn't it? I actually want to buy some of the models, but they're crazy expensive. Here's the five pound one at Amazon.
