i managed to loose nearly 3.5 stone last year going from 15.13 to 12 stone 6 but as i suspect many of us have, over endulged over the festive period and weigh in today at 13 stone 12

im going to weigh in every friday as when im loosing weight i like to have the weekend as a bit of a treat. im hoping to loose between 4-5 lbs in total

3lbs down 2 weeks to go. im hoping ill stick with 1lb a week loss and be 13.7 by the end of jan.
