This year I'm going to do something different. Instead of the usual unrealalistic resolutions that I make for myself year after year I've decided to go for something a little different.
For years I have fought night eating to this very day. So my resolution for 2013 is to stop eating after 8:00pm (unless I am truely physically hungry). I realize that this is something that is not going to be easy for me but I know that if I put my mind to it I can do it.
Just putting it out there

Mine is a wish for a new job opportunity...no resolutions really except for to try not to let everything stress me out so easily. That's going to be hard since that's just part of my personality but worth a try.
My resolution is the same as yours. I´ve been eating at night since I was a teenager and it has gotten worse. Now I´m taking matters into my own hands.
I don't see anything inherently wrong with eating at night - I do it every day and have still managed to have consistent losses. If you want to eat a big meal in the evening or want to have late night snacks, you can plan it into your calories still so long as you eat less calorie dense foods early in the day.
I hope that your plan works for you and is something that is sustainable. That's what's important. Good luck!
This has been an issue of mine for too long now... And it's a habit that I really have been trying to break... I've been using some principles from Intermittent Fasting to work on it... and it's been really helping me out... Now I do my best to get all of my calories in during my eating window and then when I get hungry at night (which can be real hunger) I remind myself that I've had enough food for the day, and just because I'm hungry... I'm not going to starve... It might be temporarily unpleasant, but I don't have to just give in to it like I've always done in the past... I can get through it... and to my surprise... It's been working... Which not only makes me feel a lot better the next day... It's made me realize that I can take back control of something that I had just sort of given up on...
Happy New Year! You can totally do this New Year's resolution! Good luck with it!
My resolution is going to have to be to do more and get out there as much as possible to meet new people and have fun. I can slide into being a home body, but I am moving to just outside of NYC and don't know a soul. I need to embrace this and get involved as much as possible. It may even help me meet a guy.
I tend to get too comfortable being a homebody too! My new year's resolutions are to start a new career and to weigh 128 pounds by my birthday in May :-).
Great resolutions! I think mine will be to lose the last 10-15 pounds of body fat, and work on muscle building and continuing to keep activity and fitness as part of my lifestyle.

Mine is this too, except I'm sadly not moving to New York! Can I come with you gatorgirl? Please?
Oh, and reaching my goal weight would be nice too.

Me too girl! lol Those are my 2 resolutions (hopes/resolutions?).
My resolutions are to learn to maintain my weight! I'm good at losing, but then when I'm "done" I go a little crazy with food and end up gaining some back.
I also want to start lifting weights. Oh and I'm also a homebody, since moving here 9 months ago I haven't really made any friends... My goal is to join some moms groups and get out there.

-Lose at least 15 lbs by March 9th for my engagement party.
-Lose another 5 lbs before my birthday in April.
-Get better about drinking enough water daily. I had been doing pretty good...but once school ended and I didn't carry around my water bottle daily, I kept forgetting to drink.
-Take more pictures. Of myself, of my family, friends, everything. I especially need more pictures of me and my fiance. We have been together for 5 years and we don't have enough pictures to prove that.
-Have more fun. Go out and mingle. I joined some meetup groups a couple months ago and this upcoming year I want to participate more and make some more friends.
I'm looking forward to 2013. I think I will be reaching my goal weight, which is very exciting. Good luck to everyone with your resolutions and your weight loss!
