Hi Turtles,
Here's where we can track our weight loss over the next 6 weeks until Halloween. I think that's a nice short amount of time to set a short term goal and stick to it.
Here's my goals:
1. Lose 1 pound/week
2. Exercise in some form 3x weekly.
I'm keeping mine short and simple to prove to myself that I can do this.
Best of luck to all of us. My starting weight is 194#
Let's WI on Sat. morning. Sound good?

Week One: Stayed the same. Lots of stress this week, so I'm okay with this. Next I have to work on getting through the stress by doing the things I know will release weight.
Goal: lose one pound this week
exercise 3X this week (my hip is feeling much better and I got on
today. Yay.

A week later. I weighed in a day late this week and am glad I did since I lost one pound. Yay. this puts me on track. Good luck to us all.

Hi turtles - not a good weigh in this week.
I guess all my "turtling" (staying the same) caught up with me & I
was up 2# this week at the scale. I knew I would be up abit (knee injury
and have been laying around this week & of course, snacking more) but
didn't expect that.
So have my work cut out for me this week.

Bandit, sorry about the gain, but we all do that from time to time.
I was beating myself up because I am up.5# today. Then I had to remind myself that although I'm not doing blockbusters with this challenge, I am down 6# from early Sept. where I was in danger of crossing out of onederland and heading over 200# again. I weighed 198# and couldn't figure out why. Now I'm doing better-----we had loads of social engagements this past week including a wedding. I have been very hungry today, but I am counting my points plus and doing my best.

234.6/192.5/180's and thinner
Weight was 166# on Saturday. Now due to my cycle the next 3 weeks or 2 1/2 it will be up about 3 pounds. Everyone is doing great. Keep up the good work.
I had a good week. Some times I was hungry, but I had a piece of fruit.
Not a perfect week, but I am at 192#!!! I'll take that and run. Since the beginning of this challenge I am down 2# and since Sept. I have stopped the crazy gaining I was doing, turned it around and I'm down 6# from there.
Let's keep on going! If you like, our last WI for this challenge can be Nov.3.
