Default Arizona Iced Tea/Lemonade

Just wondering if we're allowed to have Arizona Arnold Palmer Half & Half Iced Tea/Lemonade Zero? It has 0 calories, 0 Fat and 1g Total Carbohydrate.

I was told no diet drinks unless they used sucralose or stevia.

Edit: that has sucralose, which means it would be ok with my coach

I have been losing using Mio Drops. Can I squeeze fresh lemon and splenda into my water? If so, how much lemon can we have daily? Just do not like plain water

Be sure to check for Phosphoric Acid. All the ready to drink teas I looked at contain this. It upsets the acid/base regulation of our bodies.

According to IP FAQ - "Acid / base balance plays a major role in physiology, particularly in such conditions as osteoporosis, gout, "hardening of the arteries" and a more acidic blood does not carry oxygen as well." They also mentioned bone spurs & kidney stones as possibilities.

Drinking it occassionaly would probably be OK but it probably wouldn't be good to drink it as a daily thing.
