I drink a ton of water from the time I get up until the time I go to bed, usually no less than 150 oz. I have a water bottle that holds 30 oz and I fill that up 5 - 7 times in a day.
I drink about 6-8 16 ounce glasses. But then it's cooled off a lot in the last week, and so I'm drinking more towards the 6 glasses. This doesn't include any water in my protein shakes or teas if I have them.
My coach told me that you really need to drink at least 3L (96oz) a day, so that is always what I aim for, sometimes a little less, but on average I usually drink a little more.
