Default The first 5 of many!
Today was my first weigh-in at WW. I was down 5.8 pounds! I have made a lot of fantastic changes in my lifestyle and having them reflect in my weight was really exciting. I already feel better and I have more energy. I can't wait to see what I can accomplish next week, and the many weeks to come.
