Phase 1, Week 6, Day 1
Breakfast: blended coffee/vanilla shake/coconut extract/WF choc syrup
Lunch: Leek soup with 1 cup bok choy and side of cauli mash
Dinner: out to dinner, burger bar? Burger with veggies and salad
Snack: IP rasp jello
Breakfast: Proti-Diet Apple cinnamon oatmeal made into "cookies" (they came out more like meringues, going to play with this recipe a bit more!), black coffee
Lunch: Romaine salad topped with 1 hb egg red bell pepper, cukes, EVOO, lemon juice and salt; IP White Cheddar Ridges
Phase 1.
Breakfast. 2 egg whites, 1/2 tsp olive oil vanilla pudding mix made into pancakes . ED smith pancake syrup 1/2 tbsp
Lunch. Mock potato salad..will post recipe in receipt section, vanilla shake and Capp mix for an iced coffee
Snack 1 ... Reserved half of iced coffee
Supper.....roasted radishes and steak
Snack 2 ....I never know...I have a lot of variety and will pick something.....I is hot today so maybe a smoothie or iced coffee
I also have a big jug of water today with lime and blackberries (1/4) floating in it....mmmmmmm
Breakfast:
Hot Chocolate smoothie with ice and WF caramel dip, yum
Lunch:
2 cups cucumbers with EVOO, vinegar, sea salt and pepper
Muffin-cookies made with dark chocolate pudding with WF caramel dip spread on top. It made 12 and I ate 6 each before and after my walk.
Dinner:
Broiled cod with lemon and chipolte seasoning and cauli-rice
Breakfast: vanilla pudding with 1 egg white and coffee powder heated up in microwave
Lunch: 1 egg with 1 egg white omelet, 1/4 c. chopped cooked asparagus, 1 c. mushrooms
Snack: banana shake
Dinner: not sure yet! Maybe hamburger patty..big mac salad...that is always a hit!
7oz beef on a bed of romaine lettuce...1 T relish, 2 T. 1000 island walden farms, 1 T. red onion... soo good...
Snack: chocolate pudding shake...mmm..craving this tonight.
