I add 1/3 bag of miracle noodles rice (blanched and dried) to my prepared pudding and it's tapioca like, have you ever had Tawainese Bubble tea? Reminds me of that a little. I prefer it with vanilla pudding and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, FYI...but the chocolate is good too (and it's the only pudding I have right now, need to stock up!).
cscape - This is the recipe to make the pizza crust, and it is super easy. I baked it on parchment paper sprayed with a bit of Pam on a cookie sheet. When it was done baking, I spread about a 1/4 C of tomato sauce (tomatoes are a restricted veggie, so you can have them occasionally) to which I added Italian seasoning, garlic & onion powder, then topped with chopped onions, peppers, veggie cheese, & some of the chicken I was having as my lean protein. (I was going to add mushrooms too, but forgot :/) Pop it back into the oven for a few minutes - PIZZA! It was so good *Notice I did not have a snack yesterday because the Crepe mix was my 3rd packet for the day. Probably should have had the rest of the chicken later, but didn't think of that until to late.
*Also leave off the parmesan if still on Phase 1.

Liz - Thank you! Tawainese Bubble Tea?? Sounds really interesting...more info again please!
Aussieluver - I purchase WF products from Netrition.com. They are less expensive than on WF's own website. Miracle Noodles can also be purchased there.f
Where do you all purchase your WF supplies and miracle noodles? I can't find anything in the stores around here :O(
Thanks!!!
I am in Westminster, and my local Giant carries the WF dressings. I also found WF dressings, caramel and chocolate dip, strawberry and blueberry spread at Martin's grocery in Eldersburg! Weis carries WF dressing, too.
