Just wanted to say hi and that I think I'm going to like this way of eating. I'm on day 7 of Phase I and am doing okay. I've been enjoying this plan and think I can actually stick with it. I haven't cheated at all, which is amazing! lol
Anyway, THANK YOU for all the recipes! I love to cook and am happy to have found some things that my hubby will eat too. And these will be good for him as well since he is diabetic and NEEDS to watch his carbs.

Welcome, Mika! Isn't this a great eating plan? I am Type II diabetic and have found that this is the only way to go. Even my Doc is convinced!

I am also new to the beach. I just started today and so far so good. I am just having a problem with calories. I have hardly had any, only 352 for the day, and that is breakfast, lunch and a snack. Any ideas?
