Setting my first mini goal, ready to get back on track!
Title says it all. I've decided to set my first mini goal for myself and get back on track.
I'm going to work for 10% of where I am now so 26.5 lbs. I started today. Oatmeal for breakfast, a salad and some tuna for lunch, and about to have a hamburger patty and some veggies for dinner. Feeling good and excited.
Keep me accountable ladies!
10% is a great goal I am doing the same thing with 28.9 pounds for my first goal with 10.9 left to go. I plan on doing 10%s until I reach my end goal weight.
Well I'm on my way, and doing well so far. 3lbs since I set my mini goal. My husband hasn't been very helpful... he wants fast food, but luckily when I say lets eat something healthy he agrees. I wish he would try harder to make himself healthy. oh well maybe he'll get on board as I go.
