Have you seen the website for a packaged food diet called "I love this Diet". It is one where you eat frozen, packaged foods, but you do it with mostly frozen foods like Lean Quisine and Smart Ones instead of joining something like Nutrisystem or Jenny Craig. You can google the site.

It looks similar to what I was doing (not very successfully) before deciding to try Wonderslim. I found for me that I was really hungry from not getting enough protein with the entrees. I do know I need higher protein to feel satisfied and lose weight.
