Cool Beach Vacation on Saturday

So I leave to go to the Bahamas on Saturday and I'm feeling ummmmmm excited? But I really wish I was at my goal weight.... why couldn't I have started this/ stayed on plan earlier?! Nervous about wearing a bathing suit but I'm going to make the best of it! /sigh

don't spend your vacation worrying about something like that, it will ruin it for you! be confident and have fun. get a gauze-y light cover up for when you're not in the water if it makes you feel better. have fun!! i'm hoping to travel somewhere this december

Considering I'm the same height as you, if I was 137 lbs I would be flaunting my body without a care in the world! No matter what size you are, at your goal weight or not, learn to LOVE your body. The only person who will be judging you for how you look is you. So drop the negativity and have a great time!
