Question ? about ketchup

I have another quick question for all you experienced Beachers.

I am familiar with the Somersize WOE. A friend of mine had the book and I borrowed it. So, here is my question. I am a MAJOR ketchup eater. I eat it on just about every meat. Do you think that the Somersize ketchup made with Somersweet and NO refined sugars or carbs, would be ok to eat, within reason, on this diet?

Thanks for any help!

Nikki, I think the problem with REGULAR ketchup on SBD is the sugar, so if the one you are talking about is sugarfree and has no carbohydrates I don't see why it wouldn't be acceptable! During phase 1 it is recommended that you limit your intake of tomatoes to 1 med. tomatoe or 10 cherry tomatoes per MEAL...I seriously doubt you could eat enough ketchup to equal that much tomato!

Hope that helps!
