Hi. I found this forum while randomly searching the internet and thought I'd join. My name's Cheyenne, but most of my friends call me Chey (shy). I'm 17 and recently recovered from bulimia. However, after going through treatment, I still need to lose weight. In 9th grade I hit my highest point, 211, and I told myself I'd never go back. Last year, at my lowest point I was 165, but going through getting rid of a nasty eating disorder made me go back up to 190. (Which I honestly don't mind, since now I can redo everything the right way.) I'm usually extremely insecure, which most people agree is a bad thing. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself

Chey, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join.
