If you like PB and all of the health benefits it offers, but can't rationalize 2 tbs equaling 180-200 calories, try Trader Joes Better than Peanut Butter. This is the only place I can find it. I like the taste WAY better than regular PB, it kind of has a chocolate taste. Best part is that it is only 100 CAL per 2 TBS (half of regular PB) and also have less fat. Try it with sliced apples or celery.
