Zumba Exhilarate is cool, I also have it but since you mentioned that you have a tight schedule, I REALLY recommend Jillian Michaels from the biggest loser's workouts.
The shortest workout in ZE is the 20min one but I think it's more cardo, the rest off the workouts range from 40 min to over an hour.
Have a look at the 30 Day Shred or Yoga meltdown. It's between 20-30min each and I PROMISE you, you will get results.
