Jeannie for your support and encouragement. I've kinda been sliding the last 3 weeks. I've still been working out but I haven't been as strict with the eating part. That said. I'm still happy with how much I've lost since I started.
I feel so much better when I look in the mirror now compared to before. At my heaviest last year, I was 94kg in my driver's license renewal weigh-in.

I haven't admitted that to anyway at all till now. I mean it's still shown in my license but that card is a reminder to me to take care of myself.
I ended up just counting calories, avoiding sugar and carbs and working out. At 166 now, and goal weight at 140. I can do this!
