What is your motivation on your weight loss/fitness journey? Do you use a vision board? Weight loss jars? A picture of you before you gained the weight?
I am trying to compare how I am feeling now that I am eating better versus how I felt when I wasn't eating so well. My focus is more on health and less on weight loss and I think that for me, having that focus helps motivate me. Ideally yes I'd like to lose weight, but I don't want that to be all I focus on, know what I mean?? Otherwise I think I'd get frustrated.
I totally get that. Less aches and pains, more energy, less bloating...I have experience all these things since starting my weight loss journey. Definitely mototivation to keep up the good work.

I think about my baby; he's a year and a half. I'm 40. We got a long ways to go so I need to do my part to ensure he has a healthy mama! I'm not going to be the mama on the sidelines if I can help it!
