I like to break it down to really see how it is doable.
I don't think I've gained, but I am stalled. Until the scale starts moving again, I'm a bit afraid that I've somehow broken it. So I'm back to tracking and now that I've reattached the elliptical foot pedal (it has a broken bolt & works itself loose and then falls off while I'm on it - nothing like fear for your life to make a workout fun!) I'm back to daily exercise 
. Keep working out, and don't hurt yourself on that machine.
