20 lbs by Christmas

I know that this isn't an impressive goal to shoot for but for me it means a) I'm still onboard and b) this is a completely achievable goal without obsessing and will put me back in the 170s which is a much more comfortable weight for me.

Here I go!

Great goal! You got this.

Davisag 08-05-2016 06:42 PM

That is feasible. I put myself on a goal of 45. I think 20 is SSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO reasonable. you can do it

Rechyl 08-06-2016 03:14 AM

30 for me

Good luck with your 20 pound goal for xmas - mine is 22+ I want to do more but would be happy with the 22 not beating myself up - keeping it small and working for the long run helps it to stay away!

Still here, just crazy schedule lately.

You can do it. We are really busy right now with last minute summer projects. Parties and want to do before the weather changes moments. Still have 15 weeks to go. And you can do it!!! That is less then a pound and a half a week. :) I like to break it down to really see how it is doable.

I'm still here! I made the mistake of cleaning my scale and now it reads 4 pounds higher. I've been stuck now because obviously I let the "regain" get into my head and haven't been tracking my food. :dizzy: I don't think I've gained, but I am stalled. Until the scale starts moving again, I'm a bit afraid that I've somehow broken it. So I'm back to tracking and now that I've reattached the elliptical foot pedal (it has a broken bolt & works itself loose and then falls off while I'm on it - nothing like fear for your life to make a workout fun!) I'm back to daily exercise :)

KUchick you are going to do just fine. Don't let that mind twist also twist your knickers. :dizzy:. Keep working out, and don't hurt yourself on that machine.

Karencat 09-18-2016 05:58 AM

hate when machines play up / break down / put us off working out with malfunctions - is there anyway to replace the part so it stays together
we have a total gym and found a company online that does the rollers in hard plastic not rubber and now they have lasted 5 times longer then previous rollers which is nice and the gyms getting used again !

Kuchick: how is that goal going ... on track I hope ... You CAN and WILL get there if you keep working away at it ::):

It's a great goal, way to go on daily exercise!
