Wink Tired After Work but Still Worked out @ Gym After

Feeling good about this. I did go and eat 1 pop tart w/ nf yogurt after cuz blood sugar was down. Then had low cal fish Tv dinner. Gotta find a way to have more body and mental energy for after work workouts. Weight still at 187 and was at 183 last week so I am still struggling to bring it back down to 184 and then 180.

Hey that's super! You could put that in the 'good thing I did today' thread! I totally hear you on the having energy at the end of the day. I used to jog in the mornings- before I was awake enough to realise what I was doing
Now, middlekid jogs with me, so that's a good incentive; if I don't go, she doesn't either, and though she's not really fat, she's getting there and her self-confidence has kinda hit rock bottom, so I tell myself 'do it for her!' and that works.

I find that on the days that I'm exhausted from work, the workout later makes me feel so much better. It clears my mind, and the endorphin rush is just what I need to move on. Congrats to you; it's not easy!

Wink Good Job You are Almost @ Your desired Weight Goal

Not much longer and you will be so happy that you accomplished your 1st phase of weight loss. The 2nd phase is even more difficult, the weight maintenance phase.....
