How does the dieting thing fit in to stay healthy and not become obese while pregnant? Obsessing over food to eat while skipping periods. Not sure why no period for 2 months, except that I may have thrown up my oral contraceptive a few times too many in morning after ingesting it. Then for 2 months consecutively belly became super bloated and periods disappeared. Now currently spotting after a rough gym workout and super heavy food frenzy binge after work today. Food tantrum i took out on my body i could say i suppose.....? What should i do????Lost 15 lbs in the last 2 months almost too??? Just cant imagine putting it all back on, I worked so hard to lose that weight.....?
