I will be weighing every day, except while on my period. I weighed in at 197 today, UP 1.5 lbs from when I started eating sensibly two weeks ago! LOL This is why I gave up in the first place, but we'll see how it goes.

Quick post... Monday was supposed to be my weekly weigh in, but I ended up in the hospital Sunday. I had to have emergency surgery D: I'm home now, off diet plan, trying to eat easy to digest foods.

Will rejoin thread when I've recovered a bit more.

Heck with it - I can copy and paste with the best of 'em. ;) I weigh daily Sunday-Saturday and use the average for tracking (it blunts all those daily up/downs).

11/18...219.6 surprising since I was away all weekend and not very behaved!
11/25...218.4 I know I have to be patient when I am lifting too, but it is frustrating when you work your tail off and see a crappy loss.
