Wow!
Every year, our family has a 3-day shin-dig up North where everyone camps and Parties for 3 days over the Labor-day weekend.
I dreaded going, knowing how I pig out every year.
SO-- because we live only an hour or so away-- we only went for the day both yesterday and today and left before the "banquet"..
BUT: there were munchies galore EVERYWHERE--- and soda to boot.
I ate before we left home, and the only thing I ate while there BOTH DAYS was : Bottled Water, 2oz cheddar cheese, 3 oz Home made Venison sausage, 1 oz Homemade Smoked Salmon (Low salt!) and some grapes!
By Time we got home... I had a small salad and that was it!
I am SOOO happy! I've never been able to do this before!
Normally I would have noshed on Cookies and brownies and hit-up the pasta salads to go with a few Pepsi's!! (And would have stayed for the buffet!)
