I'm not new to diets, I'm struggling with my weight ever since I can remember. So after thinking long and hard I decided I need to find something that works for me. So here I am trying again. And here are my 3 S's that I hope will help me along the way.
S- sport, everyday, no matter if it's walking 10 minutes to get the mail or an hour at the gym. but at least some kind of physical activity daily (no, I don't count
as physical activity...)S-supplements.I will try to remember to take my multivitamin daily. Also, I heard Sam-e is good to improve your mood so I'm considering that too.
S support- I'd love to have RL support but in my area all I could find was WW or OA and I can't say I relate to any of them. So I'm glad I found this forum and I hope to participate more.
And most important for me - SLOW. I know I can lose weight, that's not even hard. What I can't do is change my unhealthy eating habits and that'll take time.
