Monday, October 4th!
I hope yesterday was a great and productive day for you all, and I do hope some of you will join me in keeping track of daily goals here.
Yesterday went well for me, but I found myself hungry before bed! I think my dinner salad was too light and needed more calories. I'll have to work on that today.
On the upside, I did lose another pound! I've lost four pounds in just a couple/few days, which is unusual for me at this stage in the game. I'm guessing it's because I took some time off dieting, basically, in the month of September, only losing two pounds in a month. Therefor, my weight loss right now is primarily water, I'm sure.
Regardless, I'll take the loss over a gain!
So, today's goals....
~ Drink water all day -
Check!
~ Eat primarily vegetarian -
Check!
~ Be aware of calories (not too much, or too little) -
Check!
~ 20 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes of weights -
Check!
~ Stay active all day -
Check!
~ Don't 'sample' dinner while cooking (it's going to be a fattening meal for the family ... I could blow my day just 'tasting' for correct seasoning! )
Check!-
~ Lights out by 12:30 -
Check!
