Calories in/Calories out

  • I want to get to 170 lbs, am at 202lbs right now. The plan is to keep in a calorie range of 1200 - 1500 a day and row for about 6 hours a week. Will see how I do.

    April <-- is actually a lab/shepherd mix. We feel we got the best of both worlds. If you throw her toy she would be your friend for life, and let your rub her belly, LOL, just don't try to get in HER backyard, that's when the German Shepherd comes out.
