Hello all! This is my 4th time in the past few years to give a good shot at weight loss, and to use this web site as a support group. It's been a frustrating battle, to say the least, as I'm sure many of you will understand.

I do really well for a while, and then I hit a wall or get knocked back down. And well, here I am again. I'm really trying to make this a lifestyle change, not just a diet. I know what I need to do, and how to do it. Lord knows I've read enough weightloss books and exercise plans. I just need to really try to not let life get me down. Your support will help, too.
