I'm definitely going to go ahead and change my start weight and tickers tomorrow (I have more time to play around with all of it on weekends).
At first I was trying to see if I could figure out the difference between Old Scale and New Scale. But part of the problem is that Old Scale is very inconsistent. I can get on and off 5 times and get 5 different numbers. Not that I recommend that, of course! lol! So I'm going to make it easy on myself - whatever New Scale says tomorrow, I'll add 30 lbs to that and consider it my start weight, and keep going from there. I will be sad to see the 220s go away again, but I won't be too far out of them and I plan to be back there VERY soon! |
Marsha :hug: it's just a number (easier said than done)... your body owns all that great loss you've already incurred so try not to let the change get you down...

The deed is done, so now my immediate goal is to get back down to the 226 on the scale, so I can keep going and get into the 2-teens. |

Well, I didn't quite make my goal, but close enough. I was at 161.9 yesterday morning when the goal was 161.4. We had horrible Chinese food last night, definitely not to be repeated, blech, but the scale was up this morning. I'm moving on...

199.0. I made it! Last week was just TOM, ending right on time for this morning's weigh in. Onward and downward...

I was out for a week with a sick child and my husband froze my laptop. So I had to wait until work today. Friday and Saturday were terrible as far as eatin goes. I haven't overindulged like that for all of Feb. I used up all my extra weekly points which I also haven't done for all of Feb. When I weighed in last Thursday I was at 229.4. So I lost 10 pounds in February. Yahoo!!
At least I'm into the 220s and I'm on to the 2teens. We're going on a cruise this month and I am deathly afraid of over eating. I'm telling you all this because the more I tell on myself the less the fear has a hold of me. I am committed to continue exercising and eating healthy as I have been doing for the last thirty days. I will not let my fears drive me. Thanks for being here for me...Jess |
