Talking Newbie from Memphis...
Hi everyone, I'm Selena.. I'm 45... and been lurking forever...
I decided to re-committ myself on 1/1/2010 and so far I've lost 13 pounds... This place completely motivates me.. when I look at the before and after pics, I tell myself.. I WILL BE THERE SOMEDAY!!!
I have alot to lose, but I know with help and support from this site, I can do it!!!
Just wanted to say hi... and hope to get to know everyone!!

Hi. Also a self confessed lurker. Decided today I will start sharing as well. I always find a morsel of inspiration when I read the different threads. It is good for me to know there are others traveling the same road . I guess my real goal is accountability. As well as finding a place to share the difficulties this journey requires from day to day.

Hi Selena, I just started yesterday and am excited to be here too. So far I am overjoyed that there is a place to be so that I am not bored with just staring at the fridge. This gives me something to do besides thinking about which foods I am missing out on. Good luck on the journey.

Hey Giddyup...... Glad you decided to become a member. I am just across the river from you in Arkansas. In fact we are in Memphis almost every weekend at Bumpus. I ride too! Love you avatar!
