I'm disappointed with myself. I'm still stuck in the 220's and yesterday I ate everything that wasn't nailed down. Feb. has got to be a better month for me.

I was not in at the beginning but i did lose 2.5. i weigh in on monday mornings...hope we have a February challenge.......

I'm definitely up for a new February challenge - I'm trying to keep my focus on 5 lbs at time, and the support is so helpful!

Petra, :hug: is there anything we can do to help?? I've had days like that, trust me. And, just as you are stuck in the 220s, I'm stuck in the 160s. Other than my 3-month foray back up the scale into the 170s, I've been in the 160s since mid-May. Let's make February our month to finally break through our respective "decades".

I had a day like that last week - PMS induced. Not sure if this is what happened with you, but I made the mistake of trying to eat around a craving, instead of just acknowledging it, having some chocolate and enjoying it and moving on. I ate all kinds of things that were just about as "bad" (I don't think anything is really bad moderation) and added all together, more than the chocolate I really wanted. I've vowed not to do that again, and if I have a craving, I'll just work it into my eating plan. Anyway, what you went through might have been totally different, but just wanted to know you weren't alone in having a day like that. |
I've updated my ticker and avatar - I did manage to eke out that .5 for the week, so I finished up January with a 5 lb loss and a total of 25.
I think I'm still carrying a little water weight from TOM so I'm looking forward to having a great week and a great February! |
