the potato exercise routine
DAY ONE/ stand with your feet flat on the floor,slightly apart, holding two 5lb bags of potatoes raise your arms in front and move them slowly to the side, hold this stand for five minutes and then rest
DAY TWO/ repeat day one but increase to 10lb bags
DAY THREE/ same as before increase 15lb bags
continue as before until you reach day seven and today is really important, today you can start adding potatoes
smile, it worked for me
