Excellent, Ann. I'm sure we'll be starting a May thread tomorrow and you should think about what your goal will be (like walking your son 3x a week, or whatever).
Well, I didn't come anywhere near my goal. I did 670/860 minutes = 78%. I'll have to give some thought was to whether my goal was too high. But, I didn't even meet my goal from last month (700 min) which I blew out of the water.
But anyway, a good month still. I've lost 5.0 lbs in April -- a result I'm happy with!
thanks so much. I got an additional 24 min in tonight walking up to the school for the play this evening- but that's it.
