mind if i join in had a life changing look in a fitting room mirror today and i've decided to really work harder at loosing my jellybelly, so starting from tomorrow i'll be walking my son to school(well i've got to start some where)

Excellent, Ann. I'm sure we'll be starting a May thread tomorrow and you should think about what your goal will be (like walking your son 3x a week, or whatever).

Well, I didn't come anywhere near my goal. I did 670/860 minutes = 78%. I'll have to give some thought was to whether my goal was too high. But, I didn't even meet my goal from last month (700 min) which I blew out of the water.

But anyway, a good month still. I've lost 5.0 lbs in April -- a result I'm happy with!

Aw shucks newleaf thanks so much. I got an additional 24 min in tonight walking up to the school for the play this evening- but that's it.

I think I'll keep the same goal for May- and be sure to crush it.
