Nothing changes dramatically at the 10 pound mark. But as you get thinner, each incremental amount you lose takes more time and effort. Also, I guess it depends on how you set your goal weight.
My original goal weight was 149, and losing *those* last 10 pounds wasn't so hard. I next had a goal weight of 139, which I met last year and that was a *lot* harder. Then I reset my goal weight to 129 and that was going very very slow.
But lt me tell you, I regained 10 lbs right quick over the holidays

. I'm still working on getting back to where I was.
