Hi folks,
I'm back on the wagon. I've decided that I'm going on a "program" instead of a diet, because I hate that 4 letter word. I am doing south beach. I started on Friday and hope to lose 40 lbs. I've struggled with weight all my life. happy to have found this forum.

I agree, I hate diets, too. I just watch what I eat (trying to make the healthiest choices) and make sure I get enough exercise.
Hey, neighbor! I just found the forum, too, and am so happy to be here. Have you set goals for yourself? What about exercise? I just had a breast reduction and can't exercise for awhile.
