I would like to lose 1.5 pounds a week for a total of 9 pounds. This would put me at 184 and keep me on track for my December challenge date.
Anyone in with me?

I know what you mean about getting goals and not making it. I don't think I'm going to make my July goal and I'm dissapointed
. But, now that I see losing 10 pounds a month isn't going to happen, I am being a little more gentle. I'm a little nervous about a pound and 1/2 a week, frankly, but I did it the last six weeks, so that's it!
