Mini-GoalsEven if you're not at goal yet, this is the place to share your successes and achievements along the way! Success can be measured in many ways besides the scales. Tell us about your triumphs, including Non Scale Victories
So when I started my journey (and it is a journey and not a short trip, by any means), I was unsure how successful I would be. I am sure a bunch of us are used to self-doubt in that way. But today, I had my weigh in, and saw another loss. I have posted on two forums I participate in, and honestly was a bit disappointed with the number... until about 2 mins ago... I just realized by looking at my ticker...I just hit the 30 Lbs gone mark! :O Wow! I looked at it a couple times, refreshed the page, just to be sure I was seeing correctly! It's still a long ways from where my journey will be a total success, but that's proof that I am on the right track and just had to share!!!!! Totally stoked since realizing and no longer disappointed with the number on the scale, lol YAY!
Thank you so much Aly and neek!!!! Since I actually saw where the scale landed me, I have been on cloud 9 So great to see the encouragement here, and think that is a huge help
Bellamack - I am so close I can taste it! I guess that's why the initial disappointment in what the scale was telling me. I have been so focussed on Onederland, that I almost totally missed this huge accomplishment! Or at least, it's huge for me
Thank you so much Rubie!!!! I sure am loving it! I just got done taking on the gym...and I won! LOL! This seemed to have motivated me more cause I managed to do more of the inclined abdominals tonight then I had been able to do thus far
Wahoooo congrats! That's a lot of weight You and I started off around the same weight your taller than me though. Keep up the great work! You've lost about 1/4 of your weight!
InsideMe - Thank you so much!!!! I sure do appreciate the encouragement! And look at you!!!! You are only 2 Lbs away from your 30 mark too!!!! Amazing! You are doing so well!!!!!!
