As for ME..........I used the trip, my anniversary, and my birthday as an excuse to get off track. I'm up another 2 lbs. this week, but I was truthfully expecting WAY worse! I'm back on track now. The only thing that sucks is that the fitness floor at my gym is closed this week for remodeling. That means the only thing really available is swimming (I can't), tennis (I suck), racquetball (I don't have the equipment), or aerobics classes. I might try an aerobics class, but I know they will be really packed this week. I think I'm going to stick to walking/jogging.
Up 2 lbs. this week. This is my first gain since I've started this but I can't say that I'm surprised. It's time to get real before I seriously blow it! Congratulations all you big losers!! Keep up the good work.
I'm up 1.6 this week. My free night on Tuesday spilled over into Wednesday and Thursday. Tried to get control on Friday, but that didn't go so well either. So I'm back on task this week. Journaled very well today and am cooking my 4 pt supper as I type this. I want to do this, and I know what works, I just have to do it.
