I use the regular variety (it's all I've seen in shops) in any egg dish - I love them in egg "muffins". They're also great melted on top of spaghetti squash, or blended into fauxtatoes (steamed cauliflower puréed).

I've used them to make ranch salad dressing or dip, by adding ranch powder and a little milk or water. I also have used them to make a cheese sauce to put on steamed veggies. I use them in place of mayo sometimes.

Hey asphyxia- you need to put this in the recipe section. It's so good! I saw it in the on plan thread and had to do a search to find the recipe here. I'm so glad I was able to find it, and I'd hate for it to disappear! It was just what I needed for lunch today, and I will def make it again! Thanks for sharing!

I've noticed that there's actually a similar recipe in Snacks Phase I:

Someone posted a "creamed spinach" recipe when I first joined. Basically, it's just a wedge of LC stirred into some cooked spinach. Really tasty!
I just made this for lunch as a side dish and it's delicious! Fry up some fresh spinach in a saute pan, add a wedge, and presto!: delicious "creamed spinach!"
