My name is Sasha, and this is not the first time I have tried to lose weight, but I have problems following through on my decisions. My weight never really bothered me before I went to junior college, where I got teased a lot for being big. I have lost weight before, but I never seem to be able to keep it off! I was overweight, but not obese as I am now, I have put on a lot of weight this year due to stress. I hope that your support keeps me motivated enough to follow through with my plans this time. Welcome, Sasha! (I've always loved the name Sasha.) I have been through the lose it gain it lose it gain it many times. I hope for both of us that we figure out what will make us want to lose our excess weight enough to do it and stick to it.
