Fortunately for me these days were nothing out of the ordinary other then a mild headache this afternoon. I know it is going to be a long and challenging road but I have great support and a loving husband who is willing to encourage me along the way. The important this is to NEVER GIVE UP!!!

Have a nice day.

Default Just wondering

Just wondering if anyone is using Ideal Protein currently? There were a lot of positive reviews from 2011, no one mentioned the cost, is it expensive? Need to get motivated, I am at my heaviest weight of my life right now and I want to feel good again. Thanks Tanya

Tanya - welcome to the Ideal Protein forum! You'll find a lot of people here doing IP and having great success!

Read the first post of the daily chat - there is a ton of good information there.

My start up cost was about $300 and I spend about $84 a week for packets. Many have really good luck using alternatives, but I have an excellent coach and love the weekly weigh-ins.

Good luck and don't be afraid to ask questions - there are some very knowledgeable posters here that can give you excellent answers.

IP is awesome. Changed my life. It's expensive, but it's the first diet that I have lost weight on every week....no gains since July!
